Will my pet get cold or hot during transport or flight?
No, the aircrafts are fully climate-controlled. At the airport, the crew follows special procedures to ensure animals are safe from the heat. Upon arrival, the staff ensures that pets are off-loaded first and taken to a special area.
Will you deliver my pet from door-to-door?
Yes, we can collect your pet from your home and deliver them to your new home.
Do I need to have a UAE resident with a visa to import a pet?
No, anyone can import pets, and you do not need a visa or residence permit to travel with your pet to the UAE.
Does the pet need to be registered in my name?
This is not mandatory but is recommended.
How do I measure my pet correctly for the crate?
Ensure to do this with two people for accuracy. Do not add extra centimetres to make your pet more comfortable, as the international aviation guidelines already require crates to be significantly larger than the pet. How do I choose the right crate for my pet?
We will handle that for you. It is important that the crate meets IATA standards; otherwise, it might not be accepted by the airline.
