45 minutes waiting time is included in a Two-way journey. An extra 25 AED will be charged for every additional 15 minutes exceeding it.
An extra 100 AED will be charged for night time journeys. This does not apply for journeys who have a dedicated day & night rate such as airport rates.
An extra 25 AED will be charged for door-to-door service within apartment buildings in order to cover additional time related challenges with parking and building security.

How do I book Furry Taxi in Dubai?
You can make a booking via WhatsApp or phone by providing details about the date, time, and pick-up/drop-off location of your ride. The Furry Taxi team will then arrange a suitable vehicle and a trained pet handler to transport your pet.
Can I accompany my pet during the Furry Taxi ride?
Absolutely, everyone is welcome. Our Furry Taxis are spacious and luxurious, allowing you to join your furry friend during the ride.
Are there any specific requirements or documents needed for using Furry Taxi?
Yes, your pets should be able to provide at any time on request proper health records with the required vaccinations.
How do I ensure the safety of my pet during transportation?
We prioritise the safety and well-being of your pet. Our pet handlers are trained to handle pets during the ride. Additionally, the vehicles are equipped with secure crates, carriers, and belts to ensure your pet remains safe and comfortable throughout the journey. If your pet is accustomed to using a harness or their own carrier, we are happy to accommodate that preference. Your pet can also sit on a designated passenger seat if you prefer. For other animals, such as reptiles or fish, please provide your own carrier.
Is Furry Taxi equipped to handle different types of pets?

Yes, you don't need to be part of the ride. Additionally, we also offer door-to-door services at an additional charge.
Do I need to book in advance?
This depends on the availability and location of the cars. However, it is advisable to book in advance if you need a specific time slot.
What are your cancellation terms?
You can cancel the ride free of charge up to 30 minutes before the booking.
